5. Solution: Reset The Phone System setting

Note  : In this process your mobile data will be not deleted.

first step open your mobile [ setting ⚙️ ]>> Select [ Additional setting ] >>after then select [ backup and reset ] option >> select [Reset To Factory Setting] >> [Reset System setting]

6. Solution: Reset your mobile, then try again

•Switch off your mobile using the power button.

•Then press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously for a while.

•After the mobile switch is off, you have to press and hold the power button and volume down button of your mobile simultaneously.  Press and hold until the Oppo logo appears on your mobile screen.  As soon as Oppo's logo appears on your mobile screen.  You have to leave your mobile power button and volume down button.

• After doing all this, your mobile will automatically turn on after some time.
